Uptown Pokies Casino Look & Feel

4.5 /5

While Uptown Pokies is modern on all fronts, and pages load quickly, the lack of downloadable apps gets it 4.5/5 stars. Pink text on a dark background isn’t visually appealing. Nonetheless, you’ll still find everything you need.

Registration is a 3-step simple process that takes 3 minutes on average. You won’t need to verify anything just yet. Once you’re in, everything is within reach. Games are categorized into New Games, Pokies and Slots, Table Games, Progressives, and more.

You can filter the titles in each category to the exact type you need. This may be tiring, so why not search a game by its name? Find this feature next to the menu button on the top right.

It is disappointing that you cannot sort them by their provider’s name. Also, you’re kicked out of the platform after a few minutes of inactivity (2 to 5 minutes). You’ll need to re-enter your login credentials to resume.

Look and Feel Verdict

• Navigation: Smooth
• Loading speed: Fast, takes 2 seconds on average
• Graphics & Design: Modern; pink text on a dark background may strain the eye.
• Overall verdict: The casino site has a modern design, clean layout, and smooth navigation with no glitches. The colour scheme isn’t the best, and they should consider adding downloadable apps like Ruby Fortune Casino’s iOS app.

Slots Verdict

Specialising with one good software provider like RTG is great since you get quality and modern games. If you prefer progressive jackpot games, you’ll love it at Uptown Pokies Casino. They have 10+ of them. The prize pools are as big as those in slot tournaments, but there are no tourneys yet.

We find 171 titles quite limited because many players like to explore a bigger variety. The bet limits are also limited to NZ$5 max per spin. They should consider raising it to NZ$100, the industry standard.

Uptown Pokies Casino Payments

4.2 /5

Payment	Min deposit	Max withdrawal
	NZ$20	N/A
	NZ$20	N/A
	NZ$5	N/A
	NZ$10	N/A
	NZ$10	N/A

4.2/5 is a fair score for Uptown Pokies’ banking section, as it has limited payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard, and cryptos like Bitcoin. We hoped to find Poli, Skrill options, and Neteller.

Deposits start at NZ$5, making Uptown Pokies another NZ$5 minimum deposit site. While the process is simple and free, you must verify your cards before using Visa or Mastercard. If you choose these deposit methods, the minimum amount is NZ$20.

The lowest withdrawal amount is NZ$100, higher than most new casinos. Payout approval takes 24 hours. To get your winnings fast, use Bitcoin since other banking options are unavailable for these transactions. You can also check our recommended fast withdrawal platforms.

Payments Verdict

• Payout time: 1 day
• Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard, and cryptos like Bitcoin
• Payout limits: NZ$20000 per month
• Overall verdict: Quick payouts, low minimum deposit, and limited payment methods. We would love to see Skrill, MuchBetter, and other popular options in New Zealand.

The NZ$5 minimum deposit is a huge plus, considering many NZ online casinos accept NZ$10 as the least. Payout speeds are also great. However, NZ$100 is too high for a minimum withdrawal requirement.

Uptown Pokies Casino Licensing & Security

3 /5

Uptown Pokies is the property of Deckmedia N.V., a company with a Curacao licence. Since this is the only body overseeing the casino’s operations, our reviewers give this section a 3/5 rating.

The use of SSL encryption and safe payment methods like Paysafecard enhances security. We also think logging users out due to 2 to 5 minutes of inactivity is a security measure. Should you need help controlling your gambling, the operator provides self-exclusion and self-limit options.

Is Uptown Pokies Casino Legit?

Uptown Pokies Casino is legit, having a valid Curacao licence. Its original games come from RTG, a licensed and reputable company. Security is tight, and you can get your payments on time.

Our Verdict

Newbie NZ players can check out Uptown Pokies Casino and try out its 171 pokies collection from RTG. You have eight payment methods, including crypto wallets. We definitely appreciate the small deposit amount of NZ$5 and the fast payout time of one day.

On the other hand, we weren’t so keen on the live dealer section, as it doesn’t have any titles available. This operator should consider adding some games to diversify the range of players.

Pros

• 24-hours payouts
• Small deposits of NZ$5 via Paysafecard
• The site added crypto wallets

Cons

• Only 171 pokies and no live casino games
• Only Bitcoin is available for withdrawals
• Just one game developer.

At Uptown Pokies Casino, you can access a decent number of slot games for deposits as small as NZ$5 through Paysafecard. This operator processes withdrawal requests very fast, within 24 hours. However, the game selection would suit beginners since the site only features 171 slots and no live dealer titles.
