Publishing Policy
This page sets out the rules the CasinoList editorial team works to: where facts come from, what is never claimed, how advertising is separated from ratings, and how mistakes are corrected.
Who writes here
Pages are written and maintained by the CasinoList editorial team and published under that name. There are no personal bylines, no invented specialists and no biographies borrowed from elsewhere — the team is accountable for the content collectively, and a correction is handled by whoever picks it up first.
Sourcing rules
- A number, a date or a licence detail is published only if it appears in the operator’s own terms, on its cashier or licence page, or in a public register. If it is not in writing, it is not published.
- Figures are quoted as stated — not rounded up, not converted into a more flattering form, and not carried over from another site.
- Where two sources disagree, the regulator’s register wins and the discrepancy is mentioned on the page.
- Quotations from terms and conditions are reproduced word for word.
- Every page carries the date of its last check.
What is never claimed
The editorial team does not open player accounts, does not deposit or withdraw money and does not play at the casinos listed here. Accordingly, no page claims a personal test, a payout time measured by us, a number of hours spent at a site, or a conversation with support staff. Where a casino states a payout window or a support commitment, it is attributed to the casino.
Bonus pages
An offer is recorded with its wagering multiplier, qualifying deposit, maximum bet, expiry window, game contributions and withdrawal cap, taken from the bonus terms attached to that offer. Bonus terms change often and without notice: the date on the page shows when the offer was last read, and an offer we can no longer find in the operator’s own terms is marked expired rather than left standing.
Advertising, links and independence
CasinoList is an affiliate: it earns a commission when a reader signs up through its links, and those links are disclosed. Commercial agreements do not decide scores or table positions, and no operator is given sight of a review before publication or the right to change one afterwards. A casino that loses its licence or changes its terms for the worse is downgraded regardless of any commercial relationship.
Corrections and complaints
If something here is wrong, write to us through the contact page with the page address and, where possible, a link to the source. Factual errors are corrected on the page and the check date is moved forward. Complaints about an operator belong with that operator’s licensing authority; we will point you to the right register where we can.
Age and responsible gambling
Casino gambling in New Zealand is for players aged 20 and over. The operators listed on this site are based offshore and hold no New Zealand licence: the Department of Internal Affairs is running its first licensing round under the Online Casino Gambling Act 2026, and no licence is in force before 1 December 2026. Free, confidential help is available from the Gambling Helpline on 0800 654 655, 24 hours a day, free from any New Zealand phone.
Nothing on this site is addressed to anyone under 20, and no page encourages gambling as a way to make money or to recover losses.
